I found this Article trolling the web one night, while I have a William J. Lautz that this could be the wife of unfortunatly the article only names her as Mrs. William J. Lautz, anyone with more info on this please let me know!

I have added a File HereThis file contains scans from the Memorial and Family History of Erie County of 1908 i dsicovered while doing a google book search, this includes memorials of Chalres Lautz, J. Adam Lautz, Fredrick Christopher Lautz, and Martin Fredrick Lautz.
I details the extensive Business dealings and the great influnce this family had on late 19th and early 20th century Buffalo including the 1901 Pan-American Exposition and support for an early Buffalo Symphony

UPDATE: Apparently they have gone ahead and Demolished the House.
